For our face painting and balloon twisting services, we require 1) a parking space in the immediate vicinity of the venue entrance 2) one adult-sized, minimum 4ft long table per each artist (or a 6ft adult-sized table to share between two artists) 3) two adult-sized chairs per each face painter 4) shade if outside (for example: tent, canopy or large trees) 5) volunteers to help manage the line up at busy events are highly recommended. The artists do NOT manage the line up as they are too busy making their creations.
For our fairytale costumed characters, we may not require much but it depends on the circumstances of your event. We do always require a parking space in the immediate vicinity of the venue entrance. If you book us for a show, we can bring our own audio and microphone if it’s a small event, but for large events of 60+ people we usually require the event organizer/the venue to provide the audio system which we will plug in our iPhone to.
