We charge a 50% deposit to reserve a date and time, and this deposit is non-refundable in most circumstances, including: if you decide to cancel your event rather than reschedule it due to adverse weather conditions (or any other reason), or if you reschedule your event to a date and time when we are not available. Therefore, we always advise you to have an indoor venue option available in case of bad weather. Otherwise if you need to reschedule you may need to be flexible with your dates and times in order to find one that we are available for.
Rescheduling is free up to 7 days before the event date. After that, a rescheduling fee applies (fee varies depending on what type of an event it is and how many artists you have booked).
You may reschedule for free if anyone in the family is displaying symptoms of illness. We are unable to attend birthday parties where there is someone present who is feeling unwell.
