Monitor your Spam folder & Promotions tab

Please keep an eye on your Spam/junk folder, and if you’re a Gmail user, your Promotions tab (near the top of your inbox). Our emails will often go there, so if you haven’t received pricing information from us after 24 hours, please remember to check in there first. Please drag the email from the Promotions tab or Spam folder to your main inbox, and/or mark our email address as “NOT spam” to ensure that you receive any subsequent emails from us.

Our emails sometimes also get caught up in your organization's firewall. Please ask your IT support to whitelist emails sent from our domain

Respond to us quickly

If you’d like to proceed to booking after reviewing the information we sent you, please email, text (or call) us back right away when you are ready to book. We do not hold dates and times without a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your booking is NOT confirmed until you have paid and we have emailed you a confirmation email (this email will have the word "CONFIRMED" in the subject line).

Availability is subject to change any time. A quote is not a guarantee of availability.

Please note that the office hours when we respond to inquiries are Tuesdays to Fridays, 10 AM to 5 PM.

We may be unable to respond to you on a Saturday or Sunday, when we are attending events, and on Mondays, when we’re usually closed.
