Please drag the email from the Promotions tab or Spam folder to your main inbox, and/or mark our email address as “NOT spam” to ensure that you receive any subsequent emails from us.

Our emails sometimes also get caught up in your organization's firewall. Please ask your IT support to whitelist emails sent from our domain believepartyentertainment.com

If you’d like to proceed to booking after reviewing the information we sent you, please email, text (or call) us back right away when you are ready to book. We do not hold dates and times without a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your booking is NOT confirmed until you have paid and we have emailed you a confirmation email (this email will have the word "CONFIRMED" in the subject line).
